“…you may have bat ears but you are so pigheaded!”

Did you know Terry has never had pizza before? Apparently it’s not a thing in the not so distant future, so make sure you eat it while you still can (before us gluten-free folk get rid of it!).

This week Mr. T…errific makes a big announcement – are you ready for the newest product to hit the stores? Pffft…people were lining up outside the stores in the middle of the night…ooonly in the comics would something like that happen. Also, as a delightful surprise (my personal favorite team) Frankenstein and friends made a return to this week’s The New 52: Futures End #32!

Writer Brian Azzarello along with Jeff Lemire, Dan Jurgens, and Keith Giffen use this week to once again present the mini-story type segments this series is most accustomed to. Looks like things are tying together though as the launch of the Usphere draws closer and closer.

The artists on this issue are penciller Scot Eaton, inker Scott Hanna, and colorist Hi-Fi. The best scene in this issue belongs to the team making their triumphant return (or maybe not so triumphant…what’s S.H.A.D.E up to?) as they’re reminded just what S.H.A.D.E has in store for them if they don’t cooperate. The team I’m referring to is of course that of Frankenstein, Amethyst, Black Adam, Hawkman, The Atom, and Engineer, and this particular scene has Eaton’s artwork dominating a full-page with Godzilla-esque type monsters. They’re reason for being there? To make sure the team does as they’re supposed to of course! Between Hanna’s inks and Hi-Fi’s colors this image stands out among the rest of the pages (and there’s a lot more great artwork in this issue!).

This issue gives us a lot more to think about as it introduces bigger villains and the closing-in on the release of the Usphere (I’m in line too!).
