Old Man Logan #5

The art has been consistently good throughout the entire run and the credit absolutely goes to Sorrentino and Maiolo. This was a pretty good book that may bring around people who aren’t Bendis fans.

You could honestly make the argument that this Age of Apocalypse mini-series has been one of the better written X-Men books in a while.

It would help if the characters weren’t exaggerated, but we’re 3 issues in now and that won’t change. If you can get past that, it’s worth a read because many of your favorite characters are well represented.

Uncanny X-Men #35

Blame shouldn’t be placed on Bendis because he’s had to change-up a few things due to editorial. His writing this issue was fairly good and it was nice to see some of the younger members use their powers and take the spotlight.
