NEW YORK, NY (3/6/23) – Yen Press, LLC announced that it will be releasing individual digital chapters of the manga series Toilet-bound Hanako-kun simultaneously with Japan. This popular supernatural comedy is a bestselling manga by AidaIro, which received an anime adaptation in January 2020. Yen Press is publishing the manga in English, with Volumes 0-18 currently available. Yen Press has released Toilet-bound Hanako-kun as digital volumes prior to their print editions, and through digital serial chapter releases, fans will be able to read more of this beloved series sooner and more frequently.

Toilet-bound Hanako-kun is the latest addition to the Yen Press lineup of digital simulpublication manga series, a program that includes some of today’s most popular series, such as Black Butler, Kakegurui – Compulsive Gambler –, and Goblin Slayer. Alongside the Toilet-bound Hanako-kun 2023 anime project “restart” announced by TBS Animation in December 2022, Yen Press will be releasing the Toilet-bound Hanako-kun: First Stall box set in May 2023, containing the first ten volumes of the manga.
