On today’s (very arduous) adventure, Colton & Sakaki continue through the 1986 Dragon Ball anime with Episodes 4-6, where both Colton’s favorite and his most hated character appear simultaneously! Yes, while we are introduced to the pure, virgin bandit, Yamcha, we are also unfortunately introduced to the sleazy, sex pest, communist pig, Oolong (What bias? I don’t see any bias). Colton has more bad then good to talk about with this batch of episodes, mostly with Episode 6 in particular, as Oolong spikes both Goku and Bulma’s drinks and “shenanigans” proceeds from there…but we still have our fair enough share of things we also liked about these episodes as well, so there’s that! We promise the rest of the episodes covering this first arc of the show won’t be as much of a bummer!

Content warning for discussions of the sexual assault portrayed in Episode 6 around from 47:42 to 1:08:41 if you want to skip this part of the podcast entirely.
