We had a great night last night, celebrating the release of our first fresh tale for 2017 – Dr. Crowe! And amidst the beers and back-slapping, even better news started arriving in our inboxes. The book is sold out! Fans and stores around the country started contacting us, letting us know we’re sold out at the distributor level. It seems some stores still have a few copies on hand, but they’re going fast!
Proud doesn’t begin to describe how we feel. This Corey Fryia project has been a unique treat to be a part of, with so many talented contributors adding their special stamp to the book – guys like Matt Horak, Tony Gregori and Felip Cunha. From the moment Diamond chose it as a staff pick in Previews we knew we were on the right track, but a reception like this really warms our collective cockles.
We’re considering a second printing of this first issue, just to make sure everyone can get a chance to check it out!
