After taking a short break due to the hiatus of shows like The Flash and Arrow, I’m returning this week because of the return of Netflix’s highly anticipated Daredevil. So without further ado, let’s begin!
MONDAY
Tonight, Red Kryptonite arrives on Supergirl and Bruce gets help from both Alfred and Selina to find his parents’ killer, Matches Malone. Elsewhere Better Call Saul continues and The Magicians goes to England.
SUPERGIRL 1.16 “FALLING” – 8pm (CBS)
Kara turns on her friends and the citizens of National City after being exposed to Red Kryptonite makes her malicious and dangerous. Also, Cat appears on THE TALK to discuss Supergirl.
GOTHAM 2.14 “WRATH OF THE VILLANS – THE BALL OF MUD – 8pm (FOX)
Alfred and Selina help Bruce on his quest to find his parents’ killer, Matches Malone. Meanwhile, Gordon follows up with Edward Nygma on Kristen Kringle’s whereabouts and Hugo Strange continues his treatment to reduce Penguin’s aggression.
LUCIFER 1.08 “Et Tu, Doctor?” – 9pm (FOX)
When a therapist is murdered, Lucifer and Chloe enlist the help of Dr. Linda to look into possible suspects. Meanwhile, Malcolm confronts Chloe about the night he was shot, and Lucifer experiences his first bout of jealousy.
BETTER CALL SAUL 2.05 “REBECCA” – 10pm (AMC)
Jimmy becomes frustrated with his restrictive work environment. Kim pulls out all the stops to dig herself out of a seemingly bottomless hole at HHM.
THE MAGICIANS 1.09 “THE WRITING ROOM” – 9PM (SYFY)
Quentin, Alice, Eliot, and Penny travel to England in search of a missing magic button. Julia searches for real meaning in her magic.
TUESDAY
Agents of SHIELD sees the team-up of Coulson and General Talbot, whilst Terry attempts to prove himself to his old precinct on Brooklyn Nine-Nine in another Flash-lite Tuesday.
MARVEL’S AGENTS OF SHIELD 3.12 “THE INSIDE MAN” – 9PM (ABC)
Coulson and General Talbot are forced to team up and attend a worldwide symposium on Inhumans, where they suspect Malick has an inside man. As the S.H.I.E.L.D. team gets closer to the truth, an unexpected traitor is revealed.
BROOKLYN NINE-NINE 3.14 “TERRY-KITTIES” – 9pm (FOX)
In an attempt to prove to his old precinct that he’s not a joke, Terry enlists Jake’s help in solving a case from his past. Meanwhile, Adrian moves in with Charles, with mixed results, and Amy invites herself to a hyper-competitive training exercise with Holt and Rosa.
WEDNESDAY
One of the most underrated shows on television returns for a fourth season, The Americans, which more than makes up for the lack of comic shows on Wednesday. On Star Wars Rebels, it’s Chopper’s turn to be left behind and a heist is planned in Underground.
STAR WARS REBELS 2.17 “THE FORGOTTEN DROID” – 9:30pm (DISNEY XD)
When Chopper gets left behind at an Imperial outpost, he forms an unlikely friendship with an Imperial droid, and discovers a base location for the rebels.
THE AMERICANS 4.01 “GLANDERS” – 10pm (FX) – SEASON PREMIERE
Philip and Elizabeth deal with the fallout of all they’ve wrought. What will happen when the FBI finds out about Gene’s suicide? How will Pastor Tim deal with the revelation that they are Russian spies? And will they be able to handle a dangerous, new bioweapons assignment?
UNDERGROUND 1.02 “WAR CHEST” – 10pm (WGN AMERICA)
At the same time John and Elizabeth step into a strange new world, a plantation dance becomes the perfect distraction for a heist.
THURSDAY
No Legends of Tomorrow, but Shonda Rhimes’ domination of Thursday nights continues along with Vikings on the History Channel.
SCANDAL 5.14 “I CAN SEE YOU” – 9pm (ABC)
Olivia continues to spy on Jake while the gladiators have to fend for themselves. Meanwhile, Susan and Mellie are feeling the pressure as their campaigns heat up; Abby begins to question Cyrus’ motives; and a blast from the past surprises everyone.
HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER 2.15 “ANNA MAE” – 10pm (ABC)
With chaos surrounding Annalise, she just can’t stand the pressure anymore and needs to escape. Meanwhile, Frank must come to terms with the things he has done while Wes continues to get closer to finding out about his past.
VIKINGS 4.05 “PROMISED” – 10pm (HISTORY)
There’s an air of betrayal as those whom Odo trusts plot against him; Ecbert agrees to support Kwenthrith in Mercia; Pregnancy brings happiness to Lagertha and Kalf and a marriage is arranged.
FRIDAY
Daredevil Season 2 drops all in one day, so it’s going to be pretty interesting to watch for sure. Who needs other television? But if you do, there’s Sleepy Hollow. The Originals and The Vampire Diaries both take a week off, along with most of the CW’s programming.
DAREDEVIL SEASON 2 (Netflix) – ENTIRE SEASON
All episodes will go live (starting with 2.01 – “BANG”) on Friday Morning and will be available worldwide to any Netflix Subscribers. Featuring the return of Matt Murdock and the arrival of the likes of The Punisher and Elektra.
SLEEPY HOLLOW 3.15 “INCONMUNICADO” (8pm, Fox)
After a supernatural event takes the Witnesses by surprise, both Crane and Abbie are forced to work alongside their most hated foes yet. Meanwhile, Jenny and Joe struggle to salvage their relationship, as they continue to battle their own internal demons.
SATURDAY
In case you’re not watching Daredevil or if you can tear yourself away from it long enough, there’s also Black Sails as it reaches episode 9.
BLACK SAILS 3.09 XXVII” (9pm, Starz)
No official summary for this one, but Eleanor and Vane should be reunited, and Flint will have to contend with Hornigold who will be looking for revenge after the death of Dufrense at Silver’s hands.
SUNDAY
Again, Daredevil aside, this is the stuff comic-related and not comic related that you should be watching on Sunday. Vinyl and The Walking Dead are on top form right now so hopefully they can continue their runs.
MARVEL’S GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY 1.15 “ACCIDENTS WILL HAPPEN (8PM, Disney XD)
The Guardians must stop Ronan’s plan to blow up the Kree Supreme Intelligence.
MARVEL’S AVENGERS ASSEMBLE 3.02 “THE ULTIMATES” (8:30pm, Disney XD)
Ultron is back and plans to replace humanity with robots known as Ultimates.
VINYL 1.06. “CYCLONE” (8pm, HBO)
No summary for this episode yet because it’s HBO, but based on what we’ve seen so far, Vinyl should continue to be a pretty awesome experience.
THE WALKING DEAD 6.14 “TWICE AS FAR” (9pm, AMC)
Two separate groups leave Alexandria for supplies, and while both worry over the future of the community, they will face immediate danger.
QUANTICO 1.14 “ANSWER” (10pm, ABC)
At Quantico, the NATS team up for defensive driving lessons while tensions between Liam and Drew explode, resulting in shocking admissions and consequences. In the future, Simon grapples with his new reality in the aftermath of what’s transpired. Even though his friends try and help him, it’s uncertain he will ever be the same again.
