All-Comic’s You Should Be Reading is the weekly list of comics we can’t wait to get our hands on. Each of our writers picks their most-anticipated comic for the upcoming week and sums up why it needs to be on your radar. Angel #1 by Bryan Edward Hill, Gleb Melkinov, Gabriel Cassata and Ed Dukeshire

Milo: The first arc of the new Buffy has been a hit so it’s a no brainer that Angel would get his own series, especially given the character has been pushed to the side so far in the series which reimagines the world of Buffy for the current decade. The question that everyone’s asking after just how good Buffy is though is – Can Boom! pull it off again? With Bryan Edward Hill, Gleb Melnikov on board the answer may well be yes.

Batman: Last Knight on Earth #1 by Scott Snyder, Greg Capullo, Jonathan Glapion, FCO Plascencia and Tom Napolitano

Josh: Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo’s New 52 Batman run, though only a few years old is already iconic. Last Knight on Earth is set to be their final hurrah with Bruce Wayne. Fittingly, it’s a blowout story – Batman’s last one. Even inker Jonathan Glapion and colorist FCO Plascencia are coming back to make Last Knight on Earth look and feel just like he used to. If you’re a Bat-fan, you should be reading this landmark reunion. It’s the Batman story everyone is talking about – and probably will be for a long time.

Heroes in Crisis #9 by Tom King, Clay Mann, Tomeau Morey and Clayton Cowles

Jeremy: This has been a controversial title since issue one. Every character has fans, and many of them have been unhappy with this series, but you can’t deny that Tom King has written a title that got people talking. Clay Mann has been spectacular on pencils, and even if you’re not into the story, Mann’s work alone should put a smile on your face. Everything comes down to this issue, and we’re all waiting to see if Wally can be redeemed. This is a must read.
