Batman: Last Knight on Earth #2 by Scott Snyder, Greg Capullo, Jonathan Glapion, FCO Plascencia and Tom Napolitano
Josh: Snyder, Capullo and Glapion are back at it. It feels just like the New 52 era with this team behind the wheel again – but of course the stakes are dialed up even more. Snyder’s plots bring the quips and the mystery, and Capullo and Glapion provide those unmistakable interiors. This book’s existence is proof we couldn’t get enough of this team. That aside, issue 1 posed question after question, and I can’t wait to see what the answers are.
Marvel Comics Presents #7 by Ryan North, Charles Soule, Rod Reis, Alessandro Vitti, Paulo Siqueira, Frank D’Armata
Jeremy: It’s easy to overlook a book like MCP, but in reality, the Wolverine story has been pretty cool. Add into
it that Charles Soule has introduced the character of Rein and you have a series you should be reading. We don’t know much about the dynamic between Rein and Logan, but they appear to be father and daughter. Rein was able to shine in issue #6, so issue 7 should give us some more of her backstory and explore her character more. This makes this an issue that needs to be checked out
